Wi-Fi chillout zone and silent disco in spherical tent from Freedomes
In mid-March 2014 freedome structure served as a meeting point for enthusiasts of winter sports, state of the art technology and good fun.
SnowShow and Samsung Corporation asked us to build a geodesic dome in which over 2 000 participants of SnowShow Music Fest 2014 could access free wireless internet, try latest devices made by Samsung and participate in silent-disco parties.
For the event we chose a freedome 110 spherical tent, covered with a 3-layer opaque membrane, using hexa-floor for the interior. Through usage of blue ambient lighting, and transparent front, Samsung Igloo has been the most interesting point of a ski slope in Les Orres, France.
Offering a comfortable and convenient place to access the internet, showcasing new products made by Samsung, and providing a space for dancing – Samsung Igloo is a perfect case for versatility of our structures.
