We value quality, transparent communication and passion for work. Due to the dynamic development of our international operations, we are now recruiting for Sales Development Manager.
An ideal candidate meets following requirements:
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, enabling fluent every day business communication in a professional and friendly manner with native British and American clients. Please do not apply if you feel that your language skills might be insufficient for this position.
• At least 4 years of professional experience on a position associated with sales development or sales team leadership with proven track record of creating, and managing new business opportunities
• Thorough knowledge of effective sales techniques, negotiation, lead management and deal closing as well as good understanding of sales related issues such as: sales planning, building strong relationships with clients, managing sales processes, team leading, training and motivating
• Ability to identify and strive for ambitious goals together with the sales team as well as being able to focus on increasing sales levels on individual markets and achieving measurable results
• Highly driven, well organised, with excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills
• Flexible and willing to travel and present to prospective clients in person once every few weeks
• Holds university/college degree and has a valid driving licence
• Is based in Szczecin, Poland or willing to relocate here
• Good knowledge of another foreign language (other than Polish and English) is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing sales processes, incl. leads & conversion analysis, constant improvement of communication and efficiency of the seals team, setting up goals / KPI's for the team and working together to meet and exceed them
• As part of the Sales Team, your role is to bring in new business across international markets. You will be expected to consistently hit revenue targets by selling Freedomes products and services to new and existing accounts. You should have a strong consultative sales approach, acting as a trusted adviser throughout the sales cycle.
• Active lead generation through establishing and maintaining relationships with key prospects in the FMCG / Automotive / Entertainment industries
• Creating new and improving existing procedures, tools and processes related to sales and account management
